With over 34 years of experience in long-term care oversight—including long-term care, assisted living, and OPWDD services—I specialize in helping organizations elevate their customer service to meet the highest standards of compassion, compliance, and quality.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with providers to improve resident satisfaction, strengthen staff communication, and ensure consistent, person-centered care. I understand the unique challenges facilities face—from regulatory pressures to staffing shortages—and I bring practical, proven solutions that drive measurable results. With over 10 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator, I offer deep expertise in workforce management, scheduling efficiency, and the direct connection between staffing stability and quality outcomes.

A key focus of my work is staff retention. I help organizations reduce turnover by strengthening onboarding, improving team engagement, and developing supportive leadership practices. By creating a culture where staff feel valued, heard, and empowered, facilities can improve retention, maintain consistency of care, and ultimately enhance both resident and family satisfaction.

I am especially passionate about restoring certified nursing assistants to a recognized professional standard following the challenges brought on by COVID-19. Having held my CNA certification for 33 years, I bring both firsthand experience and deep respect for the critical role CNAs play in delivering quality care.
